Service Calls

Call us at (520) 867-8578 and we'll schedule for a technician to come to your home or business. Our hourly rate is $69 with a one-hour minimum. Most problems are identified and fixed within the first hour. If a problem cannot be solved within the first hour, we may recommend using our high-speed diagnostics and computer repair facilities.

Flat-Rate Bench Service

Your data is important...

As part of our commitment to maintain high service quality, we use specific procedures when handling your computer. If your data is accessible, it is backed up to one of our servers before any work is done. Once the work is complete, we restore the data (documents, email, address book, favorites, etc.) to your hard drive.

Some problems can only be solved by connecting your computer's hardware at our diagnostics facilities. Using specialized equipment in a controlled environment, our technicians can accurately target and solve many software and hardware issues.

We charge a flat rate of $89 for bench service, no matter how long we have your computer at our facilities.

If your computer problem is caused by faulty hardware that needs to be replaced, we will contact you with an estimate and get your approval before any hardware changes are made.

Biannual Preventative Maintenance Program

We offer an affordable preventative maintenance program that ensures your computer is running at peak performance and reduces the possibility of hardware or software related disasters. Our program is only $159 per year, and includes the following services twice per year:

Physical Hardware Reconditioning - Physically check and clean internal components of the computer.
Comprehensive Physical System Analysis - We test your hard drive, memory, and processor to make sure your hardware is running efficiently.
System Resource Check - Manage processes to allow processor efficiency.
Hard Drive Optimization - Remove unnecessary files to make the operating system and installed applications run faster.
Threat check - Check for viral and other advanced threats which may slow down the system.
Consolidate Local Volumes - Improve file system to prevent the computer from acting sluggish or non-responsive.
Patches & Updates - Apply operating system security patches and update anti-virus software to ensure the latest protections.
